Saffron is one of the world’s rarest spices and cooking with it is a true art form. We were inspired to make this flavor by a restaurant we dined in many years ago while traveling in Southern Italy. After one of the best meals we had ever enjoyed our dessert was a Saffron infused Lemon and Honey ice cream. It was a unique and beautiful taste experience – something we will always remember and something that we wanted to share with you.
